Palo Santo

Palo santo is a sacred tree native to South America. Indigenous Latin American cultures have used its wood in traditional healing and spiritual ceremonies for centuries. A cousin of both frankincense and myrrh, palo santo literally means "holy wood," and it's a fitting name given its past. When it burns, the aromatic wood releases lemon, mint, and pine notes - an invigorating, grounding fragrance that is believed to have a number of benefits.

It is widely regarded as the best cleansing ingredient there is for magical use. It is often used to prepare for ritual work, in actual rituals itself and also in things like magical oils, incense, mojo bags, poppets, charms etc. 

We have a very small amount of Palo Santo chips available as we buy from sustainable sources. There is a law in place that only allows the collection of dead wood from the Palo Santo trees, therefore it is always important to ensure you are buying correctly sourced Palo Santo

The herb comes in a grip seal packet for freshness and contains approximately four tablespoons of herb.
