Payment & Delivery

Payment: We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. These are both secure services and we do not see any of your payment details. The payment providers will just send us a notification of payment email. 

Postage and Delivery:

We currently use Royal Mail for the majority of our orders and 2nd class tracked is used as standard. We may need to use a courier (Evri) for bulky and heavy orders which are over the Royal Mail limits.

Our prices are as follows but are subject to change without notice:

Large Letter rate: £2.70 

Parcels £3.99

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of ordering, though please do allow extra time during busy periods. If there is to be any further delay we will notify you by email. Our working week is Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays. We do not post out on a Saturday.

If a item is returned to us then it will be the customers responsibility to cover any extra postage required to resend the item. 

Sadly due to new regulations we are only posting to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.
